The HiBREW G7 is an electric filament grinder that allows you to precisely grind your beans and have full control over the degree of grinding. With a 48-step thickness adjustment, you can customize the beans for a variety of brewing methods, from espresso to French Press. Conical stainless steel grinds ensure even grinding and protect the beans from overheating to preserve their full flavor. The electronic touch panel makes it easy to set the grinding time, and the use of anti-electrostatic technology minimizes coffee loss and makes it easy to keep clean.

The ability to choose from 48 levels of grinding thickness allows you to customize your coffee for different brewing methods. Lower settings (0-16) are ideal for espresso, medium (16-32) will work well for pour-over methods, and high settings (32-48) will be suitable for French Press. Adjustments are made in 0.02 mm increments, ensuring maximum precision and repeatability. Such a scale allows you to experiment with the beans and adjust their structure for optimal extraction, which directly affects the taste of the coffee.

The HiBREW G7 grinder uses conical 420 stainless steel grinds with a diameter of 48 mm, which ensure precise and even grinding of the beans. Intuitive operation and precise settings

The HiBREW G7 features an easy-to-read touchscreen panel that allows you to set the grinding time from 1 to 40 seconds, allowing you to precisely dispense the amount of coffee. The device supports three grinding modes, compatible with portafilters with diameters of 51 mm, 54 mm and 58 mm, ensuring wide compatibility with cob coffee makers. Note: the portafilter is not part of the kit.

During grinding, coffee particles can settle on the walls of the grinder or spill on the countertop. The HiBREW G7 uses static elimination technology to ensure that ground coffee goes exactly where it should – into the portafilter or container. In addition, the chute channel, which is inclined at a 20° angle, makes it easier to precisely transfer the ground beans, eliminating the mess. The machine also features a Blowing Hopper function that removes coffee residue after grinding, making it easier to clean and ensuring maximum freshness for the next batch.

The machine uses a high-torque direct current (DC) motor that ensures stable and even grinding. Compared to standard motors, this model features quieter operation (5-15% noise reduction) and an extended service life of 20-30%.
