Digital product delivery takes place from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to the email address provided during the order placement.
DJI Care Refresh Service Protection
DJI Care Refresh provides service protection for your device, offering two replacements for damaged equipment within a year for a small additional fee. This coverage includes damages resulting from collisions or contact with water, among other causes. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent unit. DJI Care Refresh can be activated within 30 days of device activation (first power-on). There is also an option to extend the protection by purchasing an additional yearly plan (up to two times – for a total of 3 years). Moreover, the official manufacturer’s warranty applies during the service period.
DJI Pocket 2
For DJI Pocket 2 camera users, the cost of first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 149 PLN, a and the second one – 199 PLN.*
*In case of direct claims to the manufacturer, the replacement cost may vary depending on the current exchange rate.
How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, enter the Care Refresh code, device serial number (located on the product), and the activating person’s details (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. Confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation will be sent via email. Your device is now protected!
In Case of Accidents
1. The user reports the issue and sends the equipment to the German DJI service center with a note that DJI Care Refresh service is active.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and decides whether to proceed with a paid repair/replacement or use DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays for the replacement and receives a different unit.
4. The replaced product is prioritized for delivery to the user with free shipping.
Exclusions from DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh does not cover:
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned products.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Exterior damages that do not affect the product’s functionality.
6) Damages caused by force majeure events.
7) Defects occurring outside the valid DJI Care Refresh period.
8) Additional charges related to model upgrades or improvements.
9) Damages resulting from unauthorized modifications or use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Damages resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
Option to Extend Coverage*
Users also have the option to extend coverage for up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional yearly plan.
- If you have an annual DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend coverage twice by purchasing two additional yearly plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.
- If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend coverage once by purchasing one additional yearly plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.
Note: Extending coverage through purchasing an additional 2-year plan is not possible.
Certain conditions must be met for coverage extension:
- Purchase of DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: annual DJI Care Refresh plan / 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and DJI Care Refresh + / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and additional yearly plan (renewal).
- The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not expired or has expired within 15 days.
