Product delivery for Digital Products takes place from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to the email address provided during the order placement.
DJI Care Refresh Service Protection
DJI Care Refresh is a service protection plan for your drone that provides you with two replacements for damaged equipment within a year for a nominal fee. It covers damages resulting from collisions or contact with water, among others. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent unit. The service can be activated within 48 hours of drone activation (first power-on) or at a later date after submitting a verification video to DJI. Additionally, you have the option to extend the coverage by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to two times – totaling up to 3 years). Furthermore, the official manufacturer’s warranty is still applicable during the service period.
Mavic Mini
For Mavic Mini drones, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 200 PLN.*
*In case of direct reporting to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may vary depending on the current exchange rate.
Activating DJI Care Refresh
1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, the device’s serial number (located directly on the product), and the activating person’s information (name and email address).
3. The Service Plan will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your drone is now secure!
It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to your product after 48 hours from its activation. To do this, submit a verification video showing the device’s condition to DJI. Detailed information and a sample video are available at: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload.
In Case of Accidents
The procedure in case of an accident is simple. Just report the failure and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service center – don’t forget to note that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair estimate, you can choose whether to proceed with the repair/replacement at an additional cost or use the Service Plan. When you choose the latter option, simply pay the applicable fee – the replaced equipment will be given priority, and if you are in the same region where DJI Care Refresh was purchased, the manufacturer covers the shipping!
1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the drone to the DJI German service with a note about having DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to proceed with paid repair/replacement or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives a different unit or new spare parts, such as gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user with priority and free shipping.
Cases Covered by DJI Care Refresh
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone from incidents including falls, submersions, collisions, and signal interference-related accidents. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by operator errors.

What DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost or partially lost drones, gimbal, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damages caused by flying in improper weather conditions.
4) Remote controller, additional accessories.
5) Intentional loss of the drone.
6) Damages to the shell that do not affect product functionality.
7) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure.
8) Failures occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional charges related to model enhancements or improvements.
10) Failures resulting from modifications not in accordance with the user manual or use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Failures resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
Extended Coverage Option*
Users also have the option to extend coverage for up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional annual plan.
- If you have a one-year DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend the coverage twice by purchasing 2 additional one-year plans: one-year plan + one-year plan + one-year plan.
- If you have a two-year plan, you can extend the coverage once by purchasing a single one-year plan: two-year plan + one-year plan.
Note: Extending coverage through the purchase of an additional two-year plan is not possible.
To be eligible for extended coverage:
- Purchase the DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: one-year DJI Care Refresh plan / two-year DJI Care Refresh plan / one-year DJI Care Refresh plan and DJI Care Refresh + / one-year DJI Care Refresh plan and additional one-year plan (renewal).
- The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not expired or expired within 15 days.
