  • When and how can I get the goods?

The goods will normally reach the Customer (or the place designated by the Customer) within 3 working days. If not in stock locally, within 5 to 14 days depending on the product. When the goods arrive at our office, we will send you an e-mail notification. We will send the goods with the transport service of your choice, or leave the option for you to pick them up yourself.

  • How much are the shipping costs?

For purchases over 199 EUR, delivery is free of charge. In other cases, the cost of transport starts from 2.99 EUR. It is also possible to pick up the goods yourself: Põik 4, 50603 Tartu, Estonia

  • How to return goods?

If the goods are unsuitable, they can be returned within 14 days. The product must be complete and clean. You must also keep the original packaging intact, as well as all the documents and accessories that came with the product. No, you can order from anywhere in the world, but it is worth asking for a personalised quote for transport when ordering outside Europe.

  • Who carries out a warranty repair?

Digitehnika OÜ carries out a large part of the warranty work itself and also brokers the manufacturer’s warranty, and according to the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia, the right to lodge a complaint lasts for 2 years. If Digitehnika OÜ cannot carry out the warranty work itself, the product will be sent to the manufacturer or to a warranty repairer authorised by the manufacturer. In this case, the client must take into account the time needed for transport and execution of the work.
