DJI Care Refresh 1-Year (Mavic 3 Classic)
Service protection with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your drone that will provide you, for a small additional fee, with two replacements of damaged equipment per year. It covers damage caused by collisions or product contact with water, among other things. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with new or equivalent new equipment. The service package can be activated once up to 48 hours after activating (first launch) the drone, or at a later date after sending a verification video to DJI. It is also possible to extend the protection – just buy an additional annual plan (up to two times – you gain up to 3 years in total). What’s more, during the validity period of the service, the official manufacturer’s warranty applies.
DJI Mavic 3 Classic
For the DJI Mavic 3 Classic series drones, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 829 PLN. The cost of the Flyaway service is 3,349 PLN*.

Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh service plan, which allows you to get a brand new drone if the previous one flies away for unknown reasons and cannot be recovered. If a drone is lost unintentionally, all you have to do is pay the appropriate service fee to receive a brand new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection (applicable to selected drone models) – including those who purchased it before the Flyaway service was introduced.
– DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two replacements and the ability to use Flyaway Coverage once.
– DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) offers four exchanges and the ability to use Flyaway Coverage twice.
Activating Flyaway Coverage
To use Flyaway Coverage, users must link their DJI account and control camera to the drone using the DJI Fly app. If he doesn’t do this before the device possibly flies away, he won’t be able to take advantage of the replacement service.
Extended warranty
Users of devices such as DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine and DJI Action 2 can also get additional benefits. If you don’t use the Care Refresh service once during its validity period, you will receive a warranty extension for an additional year as a reward.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process you will need to enter the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of your device (found directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name, email address).
3 The Care Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the corresponding region. You will receive confirmation of the activation of DJI Care Refresh by email. Your drone is now safe!
It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to your product after 48 hours of activation. To do this, you will need to send a verification video showing the status of your device to the manufacturer. When an accident occurs
The procedure for dealing with an accident is trivial. All you have to do is report the crash and send the damaged equipment to DJI’s warranty service – don’t forget to annotate that you are using DJI Care Refresh. Once you receive the repair quote, you can choose whether you opt for it, or prefer to use the Service Service replacement. When you choose the second option, you only need to pay the appropriate fee – you will receive the replaced device on a priority basis, and if you are in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, shipping will be paid for by the manufacturer!
1 The user reports the defect and sends the drone to DJI’s German service center with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2.The user gets a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or by DJI Care Refresh.
3) After choosing DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and gets another unit or new replacement parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. the replaced product is delivered to the user on priority with free shipping.
Cases covered by DJI Care Refresh
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against, among other things, falls, drowning, collisions or accidents caused by interference with the drone’s signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator’s fault.
- User error.
- Signal interference.
- Collision.
- Drowning (A condition of this protection is that the wrecked drone is delivered to the manufacturer’s service centre).
- Collapse.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover
1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) The transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of the DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional charges for upgrading the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications which are not in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorised accessories, batteries or software.
