DJI Care Refresh OM 5 – code
Digital Products are delivered from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to the email address provided during the order placement.
DJI Care Refresh Service
DJI Care Refresh is a service that provides additional protection for your device. For a small fee, it offers two replacements for damaged equipment within a year. This coverage includes damages resulting from collisions or water contact, among others. Damaged equipment will be replaced with new or equivalent items. DJI Care Refresh can be activated within 30 days of device activation (first startup). Additionally, you can extend the coverage by purchasing an extra yearly plan (up to two times, for a total of 3 years). Furthermore, the manufacturer’s official warranty is valid during the service period.
DJI OM 5
For DJI OM 5 series gimbals, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 45 PLN. The cost of the second replacement is 59 PLN.*
*The replacement cost might vary based on the current currency exchange rate when reporting directly to the manufacturer.
Activating DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, input the Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product), and the activator’s information (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and assigned to the appropriate region automatically. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your equipment is now protected!
In Case of an Accident
1. The user reports a malfunction and sends the equipment to the DJI service center in Germany, mentioning the possession of DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and decides whether to pay for the repair/replacement or use DJI Care Refresh.
3. After choosing the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays for the replacement and receives a different unit.
4. The replaced product is promptly delivered to the user with free shipping.
What DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
DJI Care Refresh does not cover:
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned products.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of product.
5) Casing damage that does not affect product functionality.
6) Direct or indirect damages due to force majeure.
7) Defects occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional fees related to model enhancements or performance improvements.
9) Defects resulting from modifications not in line with user manual recommendations or using incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Defects resulting from unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software usage.
Extended Coverage Option*
Users also have the option to extend coverage up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional yearly plan.
- If you have a yearly DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend protection twice by purchasing 2 more yearly plans: yearly plan + yearly plan + yearly plan.
- If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend coverage once by purchasing one yearly plan: 2-year plan + yearly plan.
Note: Extending protection through an additional 2-year plan is not possible.
Certain conditions must be met for coverage extension:
- Purchase of DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: yearly DJI Care Refresh plan / 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan / yearly DJI Care Refresh plan and DJI Care Refresh + / yearly DJI Care Refresh plan with additional yearly plan (renewal).
- Validity period of purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not expired or has expired within 15 days.
